Remote Learning due to Winter Storm

Due to the continuing impact of the severe winter storm that hit the city, Saskatoon Public Schools is canceling in-person classes at all elementary schools and collegiates on Tuesday, November 10, and moving to remote learning for the day.

The decision was made following discussion with the City of Saskatoon, which identified challenges to clearing streets around schools and providing accessibility for school and transit buses. To support the city’s efforts and to help ensure the safety of all our students and staff members, remote learning will be offered on Tuesday.

Teachers will be checking in with their students through their classroom’s online learning platform or through email and providing direction for the day’s lesson.

Students who attend classes through the Online Learning Centre will have classes as scheduled on Tuesday.

There is no school on Wednesday in recognition of Remembrance Day. In-person classes will resume on Thursday.

Thank you for your continued understanding as we work through this disruption. Please stay home and stay safe.
